Terms of Service & Clinical Care Policy

These terms define the clinical relationship between patients and Dr. Srikanth's Multi Speciality Dental Clinic (Prashanth Nagar, Uppal, Hyderabad). Our practice is governed by clinical restraint, transparent diagnosis, and ethical healthcare delivery.

Section 01 // Diagnostic Baseline

1. Informational Nature of Online Content

All treatment descriptions, educational guides, clinical case photographs, and before-and-after smile transformation images displayed on this website are provided strictly for patient educational awareness.

Mandatory Clinical Assessment:

Online materials do not substitute for a comprehensive clinical intraoral examination, vitality testing, and digital radiovisiography (RVG) by Dr. Srikant Pilli at our Uppal clinic. Definitive diagnoses and tailored treatment quotes are provided solely after in-person assessment.

Section 02 // Practice Logistics

2. Appointment Etiquette & Timings

To respect every patient's schedule and maintain our sterile operatory turnaround standards, the following guidelines apply:

  • Punctuality: Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time for vitals recording and digital case file preparation.
  • Cancellation Notice: If unable to attend, please notify our reception via call or WhatsApp at least 4 hours in advance so the reserved surgical slot can be allocated to another patient.
  • Walk-In Protocol: Walk-in patients without prior appointments are accommodated based on operatory availability between scheduled treatments.
Section 04 // Longevity Standards

4. Biological Variability & Prosthetic Longevity

While our clinic employs premium certified biomaterials (Grade-4 Titanium implants, Monolithic Multi-Layered Zirconia, E-Max lithium disilicate), medical biology varies across individuals.

The long-term durability of root canals, ceramic crowns, veneers, and dental implants depends fundamentally upon patient home hygiene maintenance, avoiding parafunctional habits (bruxism, opening objects with teeth), managing systemic health (glycemic control in diabetes), and attending 6-month routine recalls.

Section 05 // Acute Disclaimers

5. Severe Emergencies & Trauma Disclaimer

Our dental clinic manages acute toothaches, crown fractures, pulpitis pain, and minor maxillofacial trauma during standard operatory hours.

Life-Threatening Emergency Protocol: If a patient experiences severe facial trauma with loss of consciousness, uncontrolled arterial bleeding, or space infections compromising airways (Ludwig's angina), immediately proceed to the nearest multi-specialty hospital casualty department or call 108.
Section 06 // Financial Terms & Legal Jurisdiction

6. Transparent Pricing & Jurisdiction

Fees for clinical services are transparently communicated prior to the commencement of any treatment. Patients receive formal clinic receipts for all procedures. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), credit/debit cards, and cash.

Any legal disputes or claims arising out of treatments or clinic operations are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
